Artist Statement: Going into Camelot I knew I wanted to create a fantasy world. However I due to the plot of Camelot I didn’t want to do traditional cute fantasy I wanted to do something more stylized and dark. Hence how I came to the conclusion to create an 80s dark fantasy inspired set. A large inspiration for this set was The Labyrinth. The set design of is a personal favorite design that I had so in a way this design also is an ohmage to my love for the genera.
